Workflows are a visual representation that helps you (and your team) ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively each time by following the same or similar workflow. These help you standardize processes so everyone in the organization is on the same page when it comes to getting things done.
I like to think of these as if you can be MIA tomorrow and your business can still function without you because you have every detail on your workflow on how your business operates.
