Streamline and Succeed:
The Power of Automating Your Business

Doing business solo, with a partner or a team you need automations!

Automations are not normally the first step on building your systems, but they are very rewarding once you realize your business is working for you while you live your life!

Automating your business can help streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Join us live each week to answer questions around that weeks topic! If there is anything I hate it is not having the space to ask my specific question. Although, we ask that questions stay on topic (for those that like to skip ahead) – our goal is to make sure you leave each week with clarity on the lesson & what you need to do to progress through building your business.

Here are some steps you can follow to automate your business:

  1. Identify areas to automate: Start by identifying which processes in your business can be automated. A great way to start is by making a list or reviewing your ongoing to-do list and see what could have an automated email or text to just remove 1 extra step from your plate. Examples to start include data entry, invoicing, scheduling, and customer service. (link to the blog on my favorite)
  2. Evaluate technology options: Look for software and tools that can automate the processes you have identified. There are so many softwares, make sure to do your due diligence prior to investing time or money into something that isn’t right for you. (my current favorites)
  3. Implement the technology: Once you have chosen the technology, implement it in your business. This may involve training employees, integrating the technology with your existing systems, updating your processes, and updating your standard operating procedures to take advantage of the automation.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the results: Regularly monitor the results of your automation to ensure that it is working as expected. If necessary, make changes to optimize the automation and ensure it is meeting your needs, I like to add this as a quarterly recurring task inside of our project board (what is a project board). Give it a little check here and there to make sure it is running smoothly! I set it and forget it far too often so this is my system to not forget LOL
