From my years in being a lifeguard, serving & bartending to being the director of business development in my family’s financial company – I was observing who did what & how. I admired the drive of the small business owners and was annoyed at the strict policies of the corporations that never felt they had to explain anything.

I found that there are three phases in the lifecycle of your business.

When you are faced with inability to meet the demand you could damage your reputation and business. In any of these circumstances, you are required to seek tactical assistance in developing a plan to guide you and your team.
Each phase has a specific focus & I have the resources you’ll need to build a strong foundation & conquer each phase with ease.

Growth Phase

You’re the CEO and may have a lean team already. You are in the process of creating a foundation and have hit some of your milestones. You’ve achieved some sales goals, but most of the burden of running the business is on you as the owner still and you feel overwhelmed and you’re ready for help. At this phase what becomes the main crux for you is not having the right systems or expectation and support for your team to take over and help you.
