Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by your business? You’re not alone, we work with entrepreneurs who are ready to throw in the towel due to lack of systems and WAAY too much going on behind the scenes. Running a business can be incredibly stressful and time-consuming, leaving you with little time to focus on growth or your personal life. Workflow automation is today’s lesson on delegating nonsense but necessary work to softwares!
Workflow automation is the process of automating repetitive, manual tasks in your business, allowing you to streamline your operations and reduce the risk of errors. By creating workflows and automated systems, you can delegate tasks to software programs or specialized tools, freeing up your time to focus on more important aspects of your business.
Join us live each week to answer questions around that weeks topic! If there is anything I hate it is not having the space to ask my specific question. Although, we ask that questions stay on topic (for those that like to skip ahead) – our goal is to make sure you leave each week with clarity on the lesson & what you need to do to progress through building your business.
Here are some of the benefits of workflow automation:
Increased productivity: By automating time-consuming tasks, you and your team can focus on more important tasks that require your expertise, such as strategy development and customer service.
Improved accuracy: Workflow automation can help reduce the risk of human error, resulting in a more reliable and consistent process. AND IT JUST GETS DONE, no thinking has to go into it.
Time savings: By eliminating manual processes, you and your team can save valuable time and use it more efficiently.
Cost savings: By streamlining processes and reducing errors, you can save money by avoiding costly mistakes and unnecessary expenses. $30 for software can save you 100s of dollars in labor costs and brain power that should be used on money-making tasks within your genius zone!
My favorite example that saves my team time and computer space is our Zoom Recording → Vimeo automation; a direct integration that makes it so my memory on Zoom is never full AND all recordings get added to my video storage for sharing, receipts, and just easy access for my team.
This removes my team having to go into Zoom, download the recording, upload it into Vimeo, and then wait patiently as the upload/download takes a ridiculous amount of space on the computer. Then, because we do so many every week or so, we take the time to delete the videos from our computer memory storage and hope there are no wifi issues during this process.
We help you implement workflow automations like this that are tailored to your specific business needs. Whether it’s automating your sales process, streamlining your accounting, or improving your customer service, we can help you design and implement automated workflows that will help you save time and money.
Once you start, it is hard to stop identifying areas where workflow automation can make the biggest impact on your business. However, you are too focused on your business to try to learn this by watching a ton of free youtube videos, so we have laid this out in our specific framework on how we build this for other service-based businesses. This goes for building a business around your life, the most user-friendly softwares, and making sure you take the time to build your business ONE time so you can scale effortlessly on the operations side of your business!
