Join us live each week to answer questions around that weeks topic! If there is anything I hate it is not having the space to ask my specific question. Although, we ask that questions stay on topic (for those that like to skip ahead) – our goal is to make sure you leave each week with clarity on the lesson & what you need to do to progress through building your business.

Here are the top five workflow automation tools for small business owners.

  1. Zapier – there are others on the market now, currently this is still the OG in my eyes.

Zapier is a popular automation tool that connects different apps and platforms, allowing them to work seamlessly together. With Zapier, you can set up “Zaps” that automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, lead generation, and social media management. The platform integrates with over 3,000 apps, including popular tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and literally everything. If it doesn’t connect to Zapier, I question the software.
  1. ClickUp – my personal favorite

Project management, but not negotiable to me! You NEED a project management tool where you can build in automations. We use the automations feature to notify people, send emails to clients, and add due dates and at this point, we have customized ClickUp to manage clients minus the actual work! I LOVE Clickup.

  2. Flodesk – automating email nurturing

If you see my old content; I was obsessed with ActiveCampaign. Flodesk has since gained my love and loyalty! Why, the design, and how EASY it is to build is what we need. More simplicity and visually appealing. You can make a basic landing page, get people’s emails and add them to segments or workflows in just a few minutes! If you have the upgraded account you have the option to add a cart. (I don’t use that for my checkout cart)

  3. Repurpose – Content is not my fave, but it has gotten me this far so I do it

Build a workflow & focus on 1-2 channels of content and make sure you are seen on all platforms. I love it, however, I will say whenever you don’t post on the specific platform you get a bit of a lesser reach. To not have to post on every platform I am ok with this! We also add the videos to google drive where we delete the low performers and keep the high performers for re-usable content and/or content for our affiliates!! All automated!
  1. Stan Store – a newbie to my favorite tech stack, but a fast favorite

Back in my day, we had to learn to build a funnel, then connect it to an email provider, then hope it all worked out well (que the old man voice) well, Stan store took this and ran with it. I built mine out in less than 30 minutes. The ONLY reason we have our signature programs on Thrive Cart is because I like having actual landing pages for those since people are spending more than $500. I feel like it deserves all the information AND we run ads for those! 🙂

The goal is to reduce errors and increase efficiency. There are hundreds of tools out there! In The SOS Foundations, I teach you how to choose the right tools for you based on your life goals and how you will build your business around your life.
